★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 22-03-29 Pork shoulder with rice was decent. The meat was presented in slices and was slightly chewy, with spices and chopped spring onions as garnish it was very tasty though. Pork blood consommé tasted pleasantly sweet. The beige-coloured chilli sauce was remarkable that I couldn’t help.
