固定到店整理頭髮,剪、染、護髮已經好幾年了,一直都是指定(嘎皓)設計師,他會很細心的溝通這次想要的髮型、長度,染髮的時候也會建議適合我的髮色,所以我會很放心的讓他整理頭髮,當完成時都是很符合我的需求也很喜歡;另外店裡的助理們也很親切,洗護髮時也會很細心的詢問需求。未來會持續到店整理頭髮,也非常推薦此店嘎皓設計師與店內服務。

進店時店員都很冷漠,人不少但都在各自滑手機什麼的,好像不缺客人。只有助理親切介紹洗剪方案。但洗剪價格與內容內容不公開,想要選設計師還得另外支付指定費。今天洗+剪$1000塊,洗的助理還蠻認真,按摩力道也還可以。 其他設計師感覺都蠻尾大不掉的。去過滿多家曼都,唯有這家沒什麼服務可言(不會問要不要水?要不要掛外套?廁所馬桶上還都是之前客人的尿) 今天剪完滿臉(跟口罩裡面)都是頭髮,這點實在不夠貼心,附近百貨逛一圈照鏡子才看到,實在很驚喜/嚇? 回覆業者: 1. 最近去的曼都也都是這兩年疫情期間哦!建議加強廁所清潔更實際。馬桶坐墊上滿滿都是黃色的尿真的蠻誇張的? 2. 今天討論過程與最後選擇的內容跟您這邊說的並不相同:貴司提供的價目表種類繁多,內容其實也滿複雜,讓人看蠻久的,畢竟主要是來洗頭,只是順便評估剪髮需求。(曼都是連鎖品牌,覺得品質不至於太差才會光顧。一開始會詢問設計師也只是單純看一下GoogleMap的評價避免踩雷,但確實被告知有指定費,而您說的原價優惠內容沒有寫在menu上喔!) 3. 今天服務的設計師,服務態度其實不錯,也很好聊。助理則很細心用心,今天還好有她! 上述評價主要是對店家經營氣氛和一些細節感到失望。必須說,同樣的洗髮按摩內容,其實在其他曼都也都有類似的服務(包含頭皮養護、肩頸背按摩、精油護髮熱敷毛巾等等)但單價並沒有這麼高。 還是謝謝您們回覆~
