除了滿滿的豬雜外,湯頭只能用四個字來形容:「甘。甜。美。麗。」(請用台語發音)~
如果非要再把形容詞拉長的話...那就加上那七個字的廣告詞:金價係「止嘴乾擱袂礙胃」囉~
食材新鮮、處理功夫了得是美味的基本功自然不需再多贅言;大量的食材 + 相當時間的熬煮應該是最主要而且是普通家庭很難複製的原因~
如此湯鮮味美,加上滿滿的豬雜,要價50元真的是高貴不貴、經濟實惠~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台中最有名的炒麵、豬血湯組合個人覺得發揮得最淋漓盡致的就是豐原。
豐原的炒麵份量都很大味道都很足,而且滿滿的葱沒有在客氣的。在切料的部分,種類非常的豐富。
今天來到豐原當地人推薦的南福祠炒麵豬血湯,地點很特別,在土地公廟旁邊的空地上。
剛到的時候有被嚇到,人真的蠻多的。
今天點了炒麵、綜合湯、切盤、油豆腐和滷蛋(雞蛋)。
整體來說口味是偏清淡的,不會很油。
點菜的前台那裡有非常多醬料和辣椒?️,讓大家自行取用。
綜合湯CP值非常高,整碗的料快要滿出來這樣卷$50。
切盤主要是大腸、粉腸、隔間肉,份量也很不錯而且沒有豬騷味。
雖然說環境比較傳統,這是相信很多人都像我一樣喜歡的就是這種小時候在廟口的味道。
今天點了這麼多居然只花了160,真的覺得老闆很佛心來著❤️
強力推薦有到豐原的朋友可以來吃吃看??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很特別也很愜意的用餐環境與氛圍。深刻感受到在地人的銅板美食。內用直接找空桌入座,會有店家人員過來點餐,雖然偶爾會有先來後點餐的順序,但基本上是不用等上太久的。
炒麵:原本還很猶豫要不要點炒麵,擔心會超油又死鹹。還好是屬於比較軟的派系。但又保有淡淡的麵香。應該是為了把黃麵的鹼去除而特別處理過的。算是少數店家有這麼做而且好吃的。對胃腸的負擔會比較小。醬料區還有附蒜泥跟自製辣椒跟源美辣椒醬,搭配起來真的是一絕,連現在寫評論又不禁回想起那滋味吞了好幾口口水。
綜合湯:用料實在,一碗滿滿的,而不是每樣剪個小小的幾個。湯頭屬清湯派系,而且沒有奇怪的腥味。沒有其他中藥味或是一堆胡椒或榨菜去掩蓋。而是加入一點青蔥去帶出湯的甜味。光是料多就讓我多續一碗湯。雖然排隊的人潮不少,餐台的人員也忙著出餐,但在忙碌中突然撇到我要加湯也以飛快的速度趕緊將手上的單處理起來,便把我的碗接過去。不會因為忙碌就只顧著出單而忽略續湯的我。還有即便是外帶,湯給的也是不吝嗇的給一大包。
總結:雖然是借用土地爺爺的場地的路邊小吃,但也許是因為這樣在裡面有搭起鐵皮和樹蔭,儘管在夏天喝著熱湯也是很舒服的。而且有種身在台南廟埕吃著小吃的氛圍。價位上也是南部價位。小麵20綜合湯50,卻可以帶給人一天滿滿元氣和好心情。過去只知道跑豐原有冷氣店面的名氣大的店,雖然名店有一定水準,但這裡的麵處理的沒有鹼味又不油跟不死鹹,吃起來不會感到有負擔,太合我胃口了。納入會想常來吃的店+1。值得我跨區前來。不僅價格連口味都屌虐后里觀光客御用高貴名氣店。
