櫻花廚具-豐南店 安裝人員,非常不專業,不是櫻花原廠的工程! 第一次來看原本林內瓦斯爐+排油煙機,看是否可換上櫻花的廠牌。 第二次來安裝櫻花瓦斯爐+排油煙機 結果排油煙機歪一邊,當下反應給安裝人員跟豐南店的老闆娘,回覆缺東西過幾天會帶板子再來重鎖;瓦斯爐安裝完成也試了,也回覆沒問題。 第三次來把歪一邊的排油煙機重新鎖正。當下媽媽有告知瓦斯爐很難點著,又常常有‘瓦斯味’,工程師檢查了一下回覆説是我們鍋子濕濕所以比較難點著。 就這樣用了2個月左右,媽跟妹越用越怪,瓦斯爐開大火還會發出嗡嗡嗡的聲音,也一樣很難點著。在上星期六剛好櫻花總公司的客服打來関心,我就告知瓦斯爐會有嗡嗡的聲音+很難點著。客服回覆說會派人來幫我們檢查,但如果沒問題要收400元檢測費,當下我為了安全請他派工程師來一趟。 結果工程師今天一來看了,說你們的「規格不符合櫻花瓦斯爐的調整器」,當下我們傻了。我跟工程師說,當初跟豐南店購買,他們也派人員來了三次,也測試了排油煙機跟瓦斯爐都說正常。? 我當下就打給豐南店的老闆娘,跟他反應這個事情,老闆娘回覆我,這樣瓦斯爐怎麼可能會能用,我當下就跟他說那我這兩個月怎麼用的,而且當初你們來安裝時也都說OK,也測試給我們看,結果你現在跟我說沒辦法用。見鬼了!那請問你當初派來安裝的人員是怎麼測試給我們看的呢?怎麼教我們使用的呢? 當下她(老闆娘)叫我把電話給櫻花的工程師,我就把電話給櫻花原廠的工程師。他們兩個通完電話就掛掉,就這樣不聞不問當作沒發生這件事。 這種服務品質真的很爛,萬一發生什麼事故怎麼辦。一點專業性都沒有,要購買的人請三思、三請三思、請三思。或去別的地方買,因為他們不是派櫻花原廠的工程師來幫你安裝與教導如何使用。
