我和我母親對新手機不熟悉，只是因為是辦台灣之星。我大概去兩三次都是問一樣的問題(因為母親的手機sim卡有問題)，他都很熱心的回覆，過程完全沒有不耐煩。後來我去工作地之後，母親有問題，經我轉知也是去找該先生。他也是非常有耐心地協助我母親!我母親也跟我說這位年輕的先生非常棒! 現在電信業者非常多，可是有耐心熱心的服務人員不多! 尤其，我們問的是sim卡~手機也不是跟他買，只是是承租他們公司的約而已(後來反覆確認，是手機的問題)

I asked the same question about two or three times (because my mother’s mobile phone sim card had a problem), and he responded enthusiastically, and there was no impatience in the process. Later, after I went to work, my mother had a problem, and I told him that she also went to see the husband. He is also very patient to assist my mother! My mother also told me that this young gentleman is very good! There are many telecom operators, but there are not many patient and enthusiastic service staff! Especially, we asked about the sim card ~ mobile phone I didn’t buy it from him, it was just renting their company’s contract (later confirmed repeatedly that it was a problem with the phone)
