★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒有專門繳費的窗口服務，讓所有人都在等待浪費時間，其中一個服務人員光是幫顧客用手機內容就花了十幾分鐘，按半天我都不知道她在按什麼可以按快20分！等了快半小時三號還沒到！
 There is no window service dedicated to paying fees, so that everyone is waiting for time. One of the service staffs spent more than ten minutes just helping customers use mobile phone content. By pressing for a long time, I did n’t know what she was pressing. She could press 20 minutes faster! Waited almost half an hour before the third arrived!
