不太誠實,電腦突然不開機,經“檢測”告知以下 1.電源供應器5V變成4.9V就建議更換。(英特爾原廠規定是4.75V) -是不是有些過於謹慎?? 2.CPU與主板“未驗證”是哪一個損壞,就打算報主板進行更換(主機板的確比較容易損壞,但CPU也需要驗證是否有問題)。 -若更換完主板仍有問題,消費者是否要吞下主板購買費用?(身為消費者應該有權利在CPU損壞時,應有權順便進行電腦升級,而不是繼續沿用原本舊世代平台吧?) 最後,我的確沒有在店內進行維修,因為沒有我希望的主板平台,也“沒有”驗出真正的問題所在,不放心把電腦放在店內維修 我雖然沒有在店內消費,但我應該還是有在這邊評價的權利的,也煩請在檢測時更加注意細節部分

態度不錯,但專業度要加強。 發生了幾個月的事情了,還是想做出給店家評語。由於看了你們在網上的評價,想說應該在專業上面可以信任。去貴公司購買變壓器(本身因為對電腦的了解甚少,所以選擇專業購買,就沒有多疑)等到換了變壓器之後數個月之後ROG的筆電就起火花,當時沒有想太多,就送去貴公司檢查。後來得出結論是無法救回,其損壞原因為“供電系統獨特”(也是貴公司得出的結論)導致過充,GPU承受不住而燒毀。回去思考後拿出變壓器檢查,發現輸出(附照片上爲原廠下為貴公司售出產品)跟原廠有落差,詢問了多家電腦維修店家,給出的答案都是變壓器不適用,導致直接或間接的影響電腦壽命。電子產品(ROG筆電購買也約兩年左右)由於壽命都不固定我也清楚,所以就未再去貴公司討說法,不想為了幾萬塊而奔波。如果店家再販售時能多一些專業跟謹慎是不是就能避免掉一些糾紛跟問題點。(而且去購買時也有帶原廠變壓器去詢問)
