★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近買了屋瓦鮮奶茶，去冰差不多是常溫，沒有立即喝掉，放一下子後再喝有點酸味。應該不是茶，應該是奶！
不過我也是沒立即喝完，不過其他飲料店沒這樣過！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度跟禮貌很不錯，但飲品在口味上會因為人的關係有差異。例如，初見青梅的梅子醬會先倒入量杯，再倒入飲料杯裡面，有些人會倒的比較徹底，甚至是倒完再用茶湯把量杯的剩餘的梅醬沖出來，這樣喝起來梅子的風味絕佳。反觀只是把量杯的梅醬隨意倒入飲料杯的人，泡出來的飲料就是差強人意。希望貴店可以好好訓練員工，落實SOP的精神。

I hope your store can train your staff well and implement the spirit of SOP.
