豆花綿密像是滑嫩的蒸蛋
豆花是有焦香味
個人其實不愛焦味
不過有的店家焦味搭配糖水得宜
吃起來焦味反而被平衡下去
如果大老遠從外地來吃
或許會感到失望
畢竟豆花是很平凡很常見的時候
不過這一家豆花應該是后里人的日常小店
吃飽飯足還是夏天還是冬裡
來上一碗豆花
很簡單也很幸福阿
我想每個人心裡都有一碗鍾情的豆花
個人喜歡延三夜市的新營豆花(要檸檬那款)
