邊找到這家距離不遠的小店
看起來是老店,牛肉價格不算貴
牛心湯:牛心新鮮很脆,但個人覺得稍嫌煮老了些
若再早些起鍋口感勢必更佳。
炒舌頭:舌頭新鮮!起鍋時間剛好 令人覺得食指大動
就是調味上不夠有亮點。
炒牛脾:這道稍微重口了點且偏鹹,不過很能理解為什麼會這樣做,牛脾本身就帶有些許臊味
這道調味意外的喜歡;只是對點牛脾的我來說會期待看到稍淡口烹調牛脾的作法。
炒牛腳筋:腳筋的口感很脆很彈是新鮮的
但個人認為以稍微斜刀方式切腳筋或許就能解決吃起來有些不好咬問題。
以價格和肉份量來說;若是路過東勢不知道吃什麼
這家店是個選擇。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阿玲牛肉,我吃牛雜湯頭有種異國風味,但是以我口感是偏酸了點,炒青菜很加分,整體而言我給三顆星。
