新希望社會福利基金會於民國99年5月成立，為一個非營利組織，致力於社會福利事業。為關懷兒童，青少年與弱勢家庭， 我們的服務方案包括：「愛心早一點」弱勢學童早餐資助、「圍爐送暖新希望」弱勢家庭年節關懷、弱勢家庭物資扶助方案、急難戶關懷與救助方案、學童營隊及成長活動、偏鄉學童課後扶助、青少年校園關懷講座與宣導等服務方案。
