The toilets can be used at the Guguan Visitor Center. The entrances and exits of the two trails, the Skoba Trail (Qianben Songyuan Camping Area) is a gentle rise, and the Eight Heroes (Jialin Farm) is a steep rise.

Driving and parking are easy! All along the road is a gentle uphill, the last section is hard and requires hands and feet to climb steeply. There is shade along the way and it will not be too hot. Not bad.

The five-star Pine Leaf Trail has diverse and beautiful forests. The whole journey takes about 6-10 hours, depending on the footsteps. From Jialin Farm, you can pass the Eight Heroes of Pine Trees, and from the Skoba Trail, you can pass Mama Pine.

If you want to park your car here, there are no seats to park on it! This time, it is from the Eight Heroes, and Scoba goes down. The zigzag trail is easier to walk than the slow trail, and it is very comfortable to walk without too much sun!

You need to kick a one-kilometer concrete road first, and you will reach the mountain entrance after passing through several camping areas. The climbing slope from here is relatively consistent. If you take the Eight Heroes line, you will pass through the orchard, but there is no trail entrance pillar. After passing the Eight Heroes and a gentle forest road, it is a steep slope. For the transportation part, take the bus (153, 207, etc.) to Shangguguan, then walk up Taipower Alley for 2.8 kilometers (up the mountain), and then start to walk on the cement road. There are guard dogs on the roadside of the mountain entrance, so be careful. It is the worst mountain climbing entrance in Qixiong. If you park your car, you can stop on the side of the road at the fork near the orchard. To reach Mt. Malun trail head, one can take 153 or 207 to Upper Guguan and walked Taipower Street for 2.8 km to reach to lead way to the trail head (about another 1 km). It is probably the farthest of Guguan 7 from public transit.
