這家是台灣許多大餐廳的鱘龍魚供應商,之前去埔里的時候就想訂位,無奈疫情無法成行 這次來谷關,特別選了一天的晚餐過來,果真沒有讓我們失望 餐廳位於大甲溪畔,我們坐在戶外的位子,傍晚時分風有點大,但是天色還沒暗的時候景色無敵。 我們一共兩大兩小(國小中高年級),點了一份三人套餐加上單點避風塘鱘龍魚骨 第一盤我們選鹿柳,通常不會做的廚師會把這道菜做得很柴,但是這個鹿柳非常的嫩,而且十分下飯,小孩光是這一道菜就吃了半碗飯;接下來清蒸鱘龍魚,魚肉切片底下燉豆腐,等到醬汁滾了之後肉的熟度正好;第三道是岩烤鱘龍魚,有些微烤過上面再用黑胡椒以及香料鹽(很開心他不是用黑胡椒醬敷衍),這道菜也是秒殺;之後的炒龍鬚菜和中藥魚首湯清淡不油膩,湯品務必要讓他煮久一點,中藥和高湯和魚肉燉一陣子之後味道更融合。 最讓我驚奇的是避風塘鱘龍魚骨,用鹹酥雞的方式處理魚軟骨,配上地瓜餅,味道非常豐富有層次,我特別請小孩留一些給我回去配啤酒!

Very good quality of caviar tasted and offered a great various ways of cooking the fish which perfectly match with the caviar. The high mountain water braise excellent quality if fish who breed the materials for making caviar. If you happened to visit 谷關,this is the place you shouldn't miss....!! By the way, the afable lady owner is so hospitable that will be surely missed....

Devine valley in the heart of Taiwan! I live in Taichung city and normally take the bus to the big red bridge(SongHe Bridge) and hike up to the restaurant. It’s one of the many restaurants hat serve sturgeon from nose to tail, but one of the very few that makes every dish delicious! Not only the meat is not muddy or earthy tasting, but the chef’s have figured ways out to use every part of the fish. AND this is one of the very few places where they produce “caviar” I. Taiwan! What a treat!
