★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從谷野會館出發，到目的地約需要一小時左右，雖然距離不遠，但是因為算爬山，速度會比較慢。不過看不出來那些樹木是四壯士神木。倒是有幾株樹比較雄偉！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四壯士是四棵五葉松巨木，當地相傳是部落的勇士的化身，四壯士的樹幹筆直而挺拔，高聳參天，樹葉濃密，實屬相當罕見的神木。目前已經倒塌一顆，剩下三棵巨木在原地，真是可惜。
可以由谷野會館停車走上來，也可以把車子開到最接近的岔路附近停車。
[路線]
谷關八雄 - 阿冷山，通過四壯士神木，可以繼續往阿冷山前峰，阿冷山北峰，阿冷山主峰前進，單趟來回走一次約十公里，總爬升約 1100 公尺。
谷關八雄 - 阿冷山，白毛山。阿白縱走，通過阿冷山後，繼續往太郎山，次郎山，白毛山前進，一路下到白鹿吊橋，回到中橫公路上，總距離約13公里，總爬升約1545公尺。
