服務業可以這樣嗎？我訂房時早就跟老闆說司機領隊需要的房間，老闆答應要接了確拉鐵門沒做生意，是故意還是不小心忘記，還是確診命危……也接一下電話告知，不要讓人走上去又走下來找其他的住宿，超過份
