白冷肉包(35元,2022.1),大小不大,外皮普通有彈性,內餡是包肥瘦肉、筍子,胡椒味重,和一般肉包不一樣沒有加蔥也不是肉泥狀,比較像是在吃胡椒餅,只是外皮變成包子。 以肉包來說價格偏高,口味因人而異,我是覺得普通沒有到非吃不可。

⏰年末週四中午十二點半前往,排隊約10人,現場正在等20分鐘後蒸熟的包子們,老闆溫馨的提醒著有醬料可以自己加,肉包盡快食用避免重新蒸煮影響口感,開賣後俐落的發放著,並告知只剩下肉包及白饅頭,其餘已全數完售,沒有遇到限購或發放號碼牌的狀況。 ?白冷肉包一顆30元(2022年起將漲5元),麵皮確實Q彈,內餡算是乾爽型,不過以價格及口味上來說,並沒有特別驚艷,麵皮確實Q彈好吃,不過真心覺得沒有吃到也沒關係。 ⚠️週二公休,國定假日照常營業。

Delicious and worth to come if you are in the area. The bun is extremely soft and must be eaten hot. If you want to bring back the cold buns to steam yourself, need to order in advance.
