★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 白冷肉包（35元，2022.1），大小不大，外皮普通有彈性，內餡是包肥瘦肉、筍子，胡椒味重，和一般肉包不一樣沒有加蔥也不是肉泥狀，比較像是在吃胡椒餅，只是外皮變成包子。
以肉包來說價格偏高，口味因人而異，我是覺得普通沒有到非吃不可。
 Bai Leng Pork Buns (35 yuan, 2022.1), small in size, with a generally elastic outer skin, filled with fat and lean meat, bamboo shoots, and strong pepper flavor. It's like eating peppercorns, only the outer skin turns into a bun.
In terms of meat buns, the price is high, and the taste varies from person to person. I think it is necessary to eat ordinary ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⏰年末週四中午十二點半前往，排隊約10人，現場正在等20分鐘後蒸熟的包子們，老闆溫馨的提醒著有醬料可以自己加，肉包盡快食用避免重新蒸煮影響口感，開賣後俐落的發放著，並告知只剩下肉包及白饅頭，其餘已全數完售，沒有遇到限購或發放號碼牌的狀況。
?白冷肉包一顆30元(2022年起將漲5元)，麵皮確實Q彈，內餡算是乾爽型，不過以價格及口味上來說，並沒有特別驚艷，麵皮確實Q彈好吃，不過真心覺得沒有吃到也沒關係。
⚠️週二公休，國定假日照常營業。

雖然是簡單的肉包
只包著筍子和肉片（不是絞肉）而已
但外皮蓬鬆、肉鮮筍脆
每次去谷關都會來這間吃
排隊前20號
老闆會口頭告知數字
同一組人是同一個號碼
但幾個人就只能買幾個肉包
自己要記得號碼
21號以後則是現場排隊
如果看到人很多
不要嚇到了
這反而是包子快出爐的時候！
