無意間路過,斗大的「臭豆腐」招牌吸引我停下品嚐~假日下午3~4點間竟然還座無虛席! 1.臭豆腐:果然招牌必點,外酥內軟滿滿的豆腐香,喜歡辣油的一定要加,風味更佳,好吃?。 2.炸排骨單點:也是招牌必點,吃到鮮甜豬肉與外皮酥炸的脆感,在水準之上。 3.芋頭米粉(裡面還有排骨):讓我最為驚艷!因為吃得到「鍋氣」,讓我懷念到小時候~阿嬤用柴火+大鍋灶料理出來的米粉湯,有夠懷念的味道⋯⋯吃過的都知道~ *必定會再重訪的店家,下次再試試其他招牌料理。 PS:店家對面備有停車場?️,停車很方便?。

它的脆皮大腸真的是屌打太平甕缸雞的紅麴色的大腸,再來就是它的鴨頭,哇噻真的很會炸,我第一次吃鴨頭這麼容易幫脖子脫皮,不知不覺就嗑掉一盤。 雙醬麵就是麻醬麵配上自己煉製的辣子油,我最喜歡吃加辣的麻醬麵,讓麻醬麵味道不會那麼的單一。

招牌臭豆腐跟店家自製的台式泡菜口味很搭,加點辣更好吃。金針排骨湯香氣夠不會太鹹。肉燥飯上面的醃小黃瓜超讚,肉燥醮飯可以吃好幾碗。魯菜普通打安全牌沒有太特別。台式泡菜真的很讚,特地叫了一盤來過癮。炸排骨很香,肉稍硬了點。酥炸鴨頭真的好香好脆,很涮嘴!炸餛飩就覺得還好,因為是炸的,裡面的內餡有點乾,吃不多會膩。
