★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新社地區販賣鹽酥菇的店家頗多，大部分是農場兼賣，這家則是專門店，炸的功夫及調味皆相當不錯！菇類分袖珍菇及杏鮑菇兩種，可混合。若覺得單吃菇單調，另有甘梅薯條可搭。

有杏鮑菇、香菇、秀珍菇、甘梅薯條，每一份都是五十元
每次來一定都是第一站～??多汁外層脆脆的，超級好吃～就算放到冷掉了再吃，也完全沒有油耗味！甘梅薯條超級綿密，紮實的口感，真的是無可挑剔！
而且老闆非常熱情，好相處～很實在的老闆阿！！
就算每次騎車要一個小時，也願意衝上來吃???
今天整個是從白天買到天黑，老闆還說：妳們怎麼又來了??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本單純路過要買炸綜合菇，但看到攤位上的甘梅薯條比一般炸物店來得壯碩，忍不住也點一份。綜合菇正常發揮；甘梅薯條是這輩子吃過最鬆軟的地瓜，梅粉的調味也襯托出地瓜的甜味，現在評論的時候後悔只點一份?
