★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 潭子頭家厝地區的信仰中心，主祀天上聖母（媽祖），原是迎請自彰化南瑤宮，供奉於民家的神明，1984年由地方人士捐獻土地，建廟至今。主神媽祖的雕像，是整尊雕刻而成，沒有神衣及后冠，為台灣廟宇少見。每星期二廟前廣場有夜市，規模不大，但都是小吃攤，很特別。
The belief center of the Tanzitou Jiayu area is dedicated to worshiping the Heavenly Mother (Matsu). It was originally invited to the Nanyao Palace in Changhua and dedicated to the gods of the people. In 1984, local people donated land and built temples. The statue of the main god, Mazu, is carved from the entire statue, without a sacred garment and a crown. It is rare in Taiwan temples. There is a night market on the square in front of the temple every Tuesday. The scale is small, but they are all food stalls, which are special.

最近covid-19疫情比較嚴重,
詹姆士來拜拜祈求平安.
寺廟馬路對面有得天宮的停車場,
對於外地來拜拜的朋友來說很方便.
側邊有廁所, 整理得很乾淨.
另外聽說星期二有夜市,
下次詹姆士想要找一個星期二來探險一下.
