之前到這裡面試有非常不好的經驗,櫃檯小姐臉色很難看,主管面試時遲到就算了,然後態度很糟糕,說話總是有嘲諷的語氣,回答他問題時感覺就是在歧視,然後問一堆沒營養的問題,似乎在做身家調查,非常沒有禮貌也不尊重人,從主管面試的態度就能了解公司缺人的原因了,更不用期望未來錄取後能多友善,原來貴公司都是這樣羞辱求職者。 我搞不懂自己是在蘋果還是微軟公司面試,主管的態度跩成這樣,然後還不斷的說自家公司有多好、好棒,這麼美好怎麼還會一直缺人,台積電的面試也沒有這麼囂張,壓力大到要找求職者出氣,這種格調真是笑死人。 如果覺得履歷不符合公司要求,那麼何必邀約面試,難道人資找人面試都不用過濾、來者不拒,全世界就只有你這家公司能面試嗎?完全是在浪費彼此的時間。
