想請教一下貴公司的股東大老闆們,今天身為一個作業員,聽命令下去作業,有問題作業員承擔發號命令的人不見蹤影,開會口口聲聲說作業上有問題要反應,每當向上反應後得到的是什麼回應,各位大老闆到現場詢問,知道真實答案不知道會有什麼想法,今天大老闆們要花什麼樣薪水請人來管理現場,跟我沒關係,因為薪水不是我支付,我只想知道基層作業員只想來工作糊口飯吃,有這樣子卑賤刁難,現場一些中高階級如何運用公司人力資源在運作,當大老闆們到現場詢問知道了真相,不知道這樣子運用做法是讓公司生產利潤,還是在浪費公司資源

爛公司,給的薪水少,制度又爛,人才永遠留不住 公司員工只剩開朝老員工,後世代的全部ㄧ直離開,新人來沒幾天就離開! 一個公司管理職比現場人員還多,有問題只會推給下面現場人員,也不主動協助!找一堆沒實務經驗的人來管理,有品質問題,就推給機台清潔不足,又不給時間清潔,只會要求邊加工邊清潔! 申請個消耗品,拖了一兩個月才下來,衣服、鞋子,工作用品,比公務機關還拖.. 永遠只看到上面的大頭在那呼口號,擴編、增加產量、品質、賺錢!但現實問題人手不足、加班費不高,部門與部門之間互相推拖責任,為何人員一直流失、新人訓練時間不足....等等問題,永遠不去面對!

雖然過十幾年了,但我不得不說,整體實在是誇張到不行,薪低就算了,還有責任制這種事。堂堂一個大公司,待三年了,要請育嬰假兩年,竟回我沒資格請,最多只能請半年,覆職時還被調職,故意要你自己寫離職單。真不知是人資不熟勞保,還是騙我無知。
