中間完全不回覆顧客何時會來維修
要等師傅的時間可以理解
但至少要給顧客ㄧ個回覆
而不是兩個星期了
不讀不回應
還要我們ㄧ直打電話去詢問
問了以後得到的結果ㄧ樣是不回應
到底是什麼售後服務
而且還在保固內使用不到一年
非常誇張的處理方式
購買冰箱前請三思
一顆星都不想給

We still need to call to ask

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冰箱用了2年問題一堆 做工隨便 一開始是除霧壞掉根本沒辦法修 一直冒水滴到地上 再來壓縮機越來越大聲 箱體底板變形突起來 再來是跟本沒打膠 上面漏水流到冷凍結成冰柱 使用一年主機板壞掉換新 今天是壓縮機直接掛掉 食材退冰丟掉 買到真的是求償無門 重點是冰箱也不便宜
The refrigerator has been used for 2 years. The problem is a bunch of workmanship. At first, the defogging is broken. There is no way to repair it. It keeps dripping on the ground. Then the compressor is getting louder and louder. The bottom of the cabinet is deformed and protruding. The water leaks and flows to the freezing and forms icicles. Use it for a year. The motherboard is broken and replaced with a new one. Today, the compressor is directly hung up.
