 This morning, I went to Tzu Chi Hospital for hematuria and went to the emergency department. I would like to thank Dr. Zhang Jieming for assisting in seeing the doctor. Also thank you for the nursing room and counter on duty, thank you for your hard work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those that need COVID PCR test done for traveling oversea, this is my experience.
Document needed: 1) Health Insurance Card 2) a copy of passport 3) a copy of flight itinerary
Tzu Chi is the only hospital I found in town that offers weekend COVID PCR test over the weekend. The COVID PCR test is located in the Emergency Department, hence no prior appointment is needed. All you need to do is show up and check in at the register.
The front desk staff was rude, they demand I make a copy of my own passport at 7-11 downstairs, along with my flight itinerary. On the website, the requirement doesn't say to bring a COPY of passport, hence I brought the physical passport with me, and that wasn't enough. It would be helpful if they can update the requirement on the website soon because another lady in front of me was having the same issue.
The actually testing was quick. We were done in 30 min. But consider the poor communication of proper documents requirement and staff's condescending attitude, I'm giving it 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Buddhist hospital that is pretty new (a few years. The building and facilities itself are clean and spacious. They even have a bus system that allows patients to get to the hospital from smaller further out town areas. Views from the patient rooms are nice too
