燒鵝大推~~~!!!! 臨時看到招牌原本是想去吃烤魚的,意外在海鮮餐廳竟然吃到不輸正統港式料理的燒鵝,皮脆肉多汁,醬料也很特別是特製橙醬,雖然肉不需沾醬已經很好吃,但是再搭上沾醬更添一層風味,沒有照片,吃都來不及了,只剩下大拇指跟老闆比個讚,老闆特別得意,竟然還招待一盤炒青菜,燒鵝是他親自低溫醃製了8小時後燒烤的,從真正的港式料理師傅那裏學來的,一天只做4隻,都選8斤以上的鵝。 去海鮮餐廳推薦一定要點燒鵝,還蠻有趣的體驗。 下次吃之前會記得先拍照片!
