★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 傍晚至貴店取貨在櫃檯等了許久、也不見在小房間說話的店員出來探個頭看看顧客有沒有需要協助結帳或是其他服務。最終心裡還是按捺不住、在小房間的門口嚷著「我要取貨！」店員才終究有反應。
我認為還是盡可能的讓店員（至少1個）在店內環顧四周的狀況比較好， 避免有商品遺失或是其他風險存在，再請加強員工的訓練，謝謝。

In the end, I couldn't help it, shouting at the door of the small room, "I want to pick up the goods!" The clerk finally reacted.
I think it’s better to let the clerk (at least one) look around in the store as much as possible, to avoid the loss of goods or other risks, and then please strengthen the training of the staff, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早班兩位店員是我目前遇到效率最好積極度最高的全家店員，而且兩名店員互相配合的很好，結帳速度快，效率又高！早上趕上課、上班的都不會火大，不但不會因為速度快親切度及服務就下降，反而還比其他全家更好，常去還會記得你固定會購買的物品！可惜只能給五顆星，不然我覺得給十顆星都不夠
