第一次吃到牛肉麵放高麗菜的,口味真的很不合,跟外面的相比,味道偏清淡

111/01/12 再次踏入這裡只有說不出的感動,從小學吃到國中光印象中這間店就至少超過24年,當時每次都一定是點外帶陽春麵加滷蛋然後青菜多一點,這樣吃超飽只要35元,但如今萬物皆漲的年代,老闆竟然單純陽春麵還賣40元,我二話不說一樣點了碗陽春麵加滷蛋,雖然加青菜要十元,但我覺得值得,這是我這輩子吃過最好吃的陽春麵,沒有之一,這不僅僅是懷念的老味道而已,而是真材實料的美味,那個肉燥是最最最真實的美味,我永遠忘不了當時那個吃法,把麵吃光後的我因為無法嚥下滷蛋的蛋黃,先將蛋白吃光以後,把滷蛋的蛋黃在湯裡弄碎,變成超好喝的肉燥滷蛋蛋黃湯,然後喝的光光!不僅今天我要這樣吃,連以後兒子長大我都要帶他來這裡吃爸爸小時候的美食,老闆委屈你了,拜託你不要太早退休!店裡有個馬尾小美女不知道是女兒還是媳婦,希望她能繼續幫忙老闆,讓這間美食老店能夠永垂不朽! 照片最後附上我喝光的碗!!!哈哈!!!
