★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話訂餐，本人訂的是桃膠“宇治抹茶”（重複2次），店員最後有複述一次，但她單打出來的是桃膠蜂蜜檸檬，送來的不是我的宇治抹茶
打電話回去詢問送錯是否能補送，原本做錯的給她跟她換，對方一直強調說她單打的有跟我做確認，她們有電話錄音
我問她，那我電話裡講的是不是宇治抹茶，對方迴避，回我可是你也有可能口誤
這樣處理錯誤訂單的方式真的很不行！
客人只會一直流失吧！
態度非常非常差，以後我們確定不會再跟他們訂了
