★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間鹽酥雞應該少說也有22年歷史了，印象中最早應該是1998年左右在福仁村大新路跟復興路的轉角擺攤，後來輾轉四～五個地點目前在潭子運動公園的勝利路上營業。
他們家的鹽酥雞從我高中時期吃到現在都沒什麼改變，一樣很美味，而且老闆跟老闆娘也都沒什麼變老耶，之前買鹽酥雞還會送冬瓜茶還不錯，不過現在原物料上漲沒送其實也沒差。
自從搬到勝利路之後已經蠻久沒去捧場了，最近一次去買發現有新的品項-三角骨，於是買回來吃看看，還真的是很不錯，他們家的鹽酥雞會放蒜頭跟九層塔還有特殊醬料真的很適合配啤酒。
後來好像有開新的分店在嘉仁村附近，有機會再去新的分店捧場一下!!!

有一次點完餐就去買其他東西在再回來拿，老闆多報了100元我也沒發現，是在機車上想為什麼今天比較貴，我才後知後覺發現，但已經離開現場也只能算了。
再一次是點餐結帳完後，到機車旁等，沒有全程盯著，回家發現我的餐點少了鹹酥雞，雖然只有50元，但10次發生兩次烏龍，機率有點高，我家人很不高興，也不准我再去買了。
