★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工作量很多，大多做消防的，有分配水和配電的，月休4天、沒勞健保、工作時有休息時間，員工20人上下，老鳥做久流動率低，新人流動率高，我是覺得薪水不ok換工作，員工大部份好相處，這邊薪水行情偏低，帶班有沒有分紅不知道。
 There is a lot of workload, mostly for firefighting, with water and power distribution, 4 days off a month, no labor and health insurance, and rest time at work. There are 20 employees. The turnover rate of old birds is low, and the turnover rate of newcomers is high. I feel that the salary is not good for changing jobs. Most of the employees are easy to get along with. The salary market here is low. I don't know if there is any bonus for taking the shift.
