美甲技術需要加強,不夠細心就算了,問話回話的態度也讓人蠻問號的(服務的人員有兩位,一位態度不錯,另一位有點令人匪夷所思),使用購麻吉的券,但人員似乎有點不太清楚券的服務內容,店內環境蠻不錯的,美甲的時候美甲師也不會硬聊蠻自在的,附上匪夷所思美甲師做的美甲給大家參考

其實之前去了幾次還沒有感受這麼差 只因為這次想單純洗乾淨而已所以選擇了最基本的99元一般洗 但沒想到一般洗的服務品質真的是這麼差 設計師頭洗不到三分鐘就問哪裡要加強? 雖然有點快,但洗頭還算有力道然後想說只有99 就說可以了!印象中以前給助理洗還沒這麼趕~~~ 因為頭髮比較長又多,水量很小, 沖幾回就準備關水 真的很擔心沒沖乾淨… 所以請設計師加個20元幫我潤絲一下 想說再要求後面稍微幫我沖乾淨一點 雖然後面有沖但水根本都沒有感覺沖進去到脖子那邊的頭髮 所以還是?‍?放棄 因為自然捲吹完頭髮還是很毛躁 最後連問能不能稍微抹個髮油 設計師也只回應你「一般洗沒有抹髮油!」 也只能尷尬的摸摸鼻子的想說 是喔… 所以回家的時候家人還看不出來我有洗過頭髮? 希望貴店可以服務品質再好一點 如果設計師趕時間後面還有預約客 那我寧願你們請比較有空檔的人來幫我服務也不至於讓我感受這麼不好… 雖然知道好像便宜都不能要求太多不然就會被當奧客… @@ 如果一般洗也可以兼顧品質稍微再好一點點的話,也許客人兩天會去消費一次,但這樣的服務品質 真的我寧願花貴一點的也不會再選擇這麽低單價的洗髮了… 洗髮$99真的只是噱頭~ 你要99 ,就品質差到讓你只想久久再來一次!
