2021/4/27 事情是這樣,因為4/27號早上11點需要租貨車載運廠商的設備,因此我提前4/26下午先致電租車行是否有車?租金怎麼算?有不需要押金或押證件? 老闆很阿莎力的回我:「當日整天$2500;算小時的話,$350/小時。反正你人來就好,當天都有車。」 於是我27號上午10點前提早到租車行去辦理租用手續, 老闆問:「你是開車還是騎車來?」 我回:「開車。」 老闆:「那你把車鑰匙給我,押在我這邊。」 上述都是很合理,但令我不解的是後續。 我問到:「請問是停在旁邊那邊嗎?」 (我指了一下車行外面空地。) 老闆回:「不是,我想停哪就停哪。」 於是我詢問那能否押證件呢?押金的是多少錢呢? 這時老闆才回覆我說因為我要租的是貨車,一般押金是2萬元新台幣,你就押一萬新台幣就好。 應該是我涉世未深,不明白租貨車要押這麼多錢。於是我回答我身上帶不夠,提款卡也不足那麼多後。 老闆直接轉身走人,說這樣無法租你,就去洗他的車子了。 我看了一下手錶,上午10:20分,打給附近的友人能否先借我一萬元做使用,還好友人很給力直接拿了1萬元給我。這時老闆打喊著快點決定,他要趕時間去機場,依舊在洗車。 我知道您在趕時間,我不也是? 當我以為能夠順利借到貨車時,老闆卻說要測試我會不會開手排車。這時已經是10:43分了,結果老闆說我連離合器都不會放,抱歉,無法租你。 (測試內容是單純的前進後退,當然我也有正常讓貨車前進後退,不過這部份就比較主觀,應該是我技術不夠。) 此時,老闆說:「有一台自排貨車看你要不要租?」 我當然要租囉,今天的事情都還沒處理完。於是手續、押金等文件,請他辦公室同仁辦一辦,說明一些基本要注意的事項,確認好押金收據、租車費是以小時計費(租3小時為低消)後,我就開著車前往廠商那邊了,出發時是10:57分。廠商那邊我也只能先道歉了。 下午13:50時,我已加了油,回到了租車行,把車停好後打給老闆。 老闆說他在中彰這邊最快也要18分鐘才到。 收訊不好,我又問了一次,是...18分鐘嗎? 他回我:「不管怎樣你就是要等啦!」 就掛了電話。 這時我附近牽車回到車行等老闆,再次看到老闆時已經是14:30分了 我也直接把鑰匙還給老闆,辦公室同仁也開始檢查車子里程數、有無上高速公路使用E-tag、油有無回補、使用時間是多少。都無誤後是三小時計算這時老闆語帶嘲諷的說:「哎唷,我們那麼晚回來唷?」收費三小時計算$1050,算我$1000。算佛心了,押金也有退回給我。 您問我會再租這邊的車嗎? 我答案是:不會。 我是看了google map 的評價,週邊的評價就是他最高,所以選擇了這間。 也要怪我自己經驗不足、功課沒做足。 應該要多詢問,抱著謹慎的心態。 在這邊分享實際的租車經驗給大家。 給予一顆星來謹惕我自己的閃失。 謝謝? 2021.07.05 是不太清楚希望用一些評論數極低的帳號上來洗評價,是怎樣的心態就是了。 誤導大雅民眾還是台中市民呢?
