第一次和家人們嘗試吃正統的日本料理,師傅很用心地製作每一道料理,邊用餐時也會邊給予介紹。 觀察師傅的刀工細緻,料理品嚐起來也很新鮮,師傅介紹一週去基隆採買一次漁獲,也會有台灣不同縣市的漁民釣上來的魚,有幾道料理沒有拍到照片,其中有一道招牌菜-軟絲,讓家人讚不絕口!

第一次吃無菜單料理,大雅難得的好店。簡單放幾張照片跟介紹,褒飯粒粒分明,每一口都充滿高湯味。甜點也是店家自己自製的,比專門的甜點店還好吃。看師傅在前面料理的過程,也很有樂趣。
