The company held a loving donation event to help provide the lack of supplies from the school. In addition, donating cash hoped to help more children. Huiming is not only for blind students, but also has many children with intellectual development barriers. Students come from all over Taiwan, including Outlying Islands Jinmen, etc., the principal is very caring and enthusiastic. We all felt it. We came to the warm-up area of ​​the future career development of the students-the coffee shop, watched them step by step to bring drinks, and cheer for them quietly! Although the simple actions of ordinary people, each step is not easy for them, but also cherish their work! Everything I enjoy now! Gratitude and blessing is a very important lesson learned here, and I wish all teachers and students in Huiming to continue to grow and thrive in this loving environment!

A caring school, thanks to the teachers who are full of enthusiasm for education

On 12/9, we went to Huiming Nursery School to do volunteer work. As soon as we stepped into the school gate, we felt as if we had entered the City of Clouds. The spacious campus, comfortable temperature, and the color of the sky and grassland were also perfectly matched. Before the blind children were recruited into the group, I was very nervous because I found out that they were usually low self-esteem and pessimistic. I was very worried that I would accidentally hurt their fragile hearts when I came into contact with the blind children for the first time. At the same time, blind children came. Some were on crutches, some were in wheelchairs, and some walked towards us along the wall step by step, and were assigned to each group one by one, and I was also in charge of one of them. At first, I tried to get acquainted with him through chat, but he never answered my questions and showed an impatient expression, but I didn't give up, and tried to communicate with him with some physical contact and heart-to-heart talk. Slowly, he began to answer me, and his smile gradually bloomed. When he was happy, he would express his excitement by shaking his head. At that moment, I was really touched. Later, in the activities, I also began to discover that the blind children in front of me were not inferior at all, but were strong and optimistic. When they had the opportunity to express their strengths, they did not shrink back, and they were brave to express themselves without fear. fail. When I told the story, everyone was attentive and listened carefully, and even the words I hurriedly remembered deeply in their minds. I took this activity very seriously, and sang together loudly when I sang. Yes The attitude of learning is very enthusiastic, and I see dazzling light shining in them. One thing I realized in my dealings with them - they are not blind, they see better than we can. I am very grateful to the teachers and students of Huilai Supporting Youth Group and Huiming Nursery Home for giving me this opportunity to volunteer. Rather than helping them, I feel that I have benefited more.

For the first time as a volunteer, facing children in different situations, accompany them in different ways. Although they were well prepared at the beginning, they were still shocked by many ... Suddenly feel that the people who can choose are very happy!
