★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前還不錯...但今天體驗很差...怎麼人手變多素質變低...收費點餐跟打仗一樣...都要先付款...取餐時還質疑有沒有付款...感覺很差...另一個小姐叫的餐漏了...裡頭阿姨竟然說沒單...跟點餐的阿姨互推皮球...服務真的變差了...
 It used to be good...but today's experience is very bad...How come the number of people has increased and the quality has become lower...the charge for ordering food is the same as in a war...you have to pay first...when you pick up the meal, you question whether you have paid for it.. .feeling very bad...the meal ordered by another lady was missed...the auntie inside said there was no order...the auntie who ordered the meal pushed each other the ball...the service really got worse...

店家自己做錯麻煩不要跟客人爭
我從頭到尾打電話訂餐都沒有說過紅油水餃
我明明就說水餃兩份
其他同事都有聽到
我要紅油水餃我就會說紅油
不要做錯還拼命跟客人爭
你連客人電話都可以聽錯了⋯⋯
我跟你前後講了六遍你才聽正確

I have never mentioned the red oil dumplings from the beginning to the end.
I obviously said two dumplings
Other colleagues have heard
If I want red oil dumplings, I will say red oil
Don't make mistakes and fight with guests desperately
You can even hear the wrong call from the guest...
I told you six times before and after you heard it right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這什麼隨便弄的滷肉飯
點餐都的時候 態度超差 只是紅豆鍋餅換綠豆而已 店員超凶的丟菜單說想好在來點 來了好多次 因為東西是好吃的 但因為那個垃圾態度 不會再來下一次了 不想做生意 真的要講一聲欸：）
What kind of braised pork rice is this?
When ordering food, the attitude was very poor, but the red bean pancake was replaced with mung beans. The staff was super aggressive and threw the menu and said that I wanted to order it many times because the food was delicious, but because of the rubbish attitude, I will not come again next time. Doing business really has to say a word :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一直很喜歡此店的餃子跟餅類，酸辣湯也是熱門湯品，這次有推出套餐可以選擇，內用有免費的小米粥跟茶可以自取喔
I have always liked the dumplings and cakes in this shop. Hot and sour soup is also a popular soup. This time there is a set menu to choose from. There are free millet porridge and tea for your own choice.

但最近去了兩次體驗變糟了，不知道是搞了新點餐系統還是怎樣
首先上去次去吃，我習慣內用，那次在點餐排隊，負責的點餐阿姨埋頭拿起餐點，又放下餐點，可能東西太多，已經變得有點瞎忙，很多排隊的客人，應該可能還是要稍微招呼一下比較好，不然很容易被大家冠上態度不好的觀感，點好餐以後就做，等餐點來了，送餐的說我的菜單呢？我說我沒拿到菜單，應該是點餐忘記給我了，這其實都還好，忙碌總有錯
再來今天去用餐寫了內用桌號，一樣同個阿姨點餐，點完沒看到我有畫湯，我提醒了一下，繳了錢就做，等了等發現比我慢來的客人都開始吃了，就想到是不是忘記給我菜單又忘記做，趕緊跑去櫃檯問，阿姨一臉茫然問我點了什麼，我說出餐點後，才發現把我弄成外帶，後還只好叫我自己把餐點拿去內用，也沒有說一下抱歉
總之東西不難吃，要多注意客人反應，而不是只有埋頭工作，以上共勉之
