道地小吃,環境裝潢普通平實. 牛肉麵還不錯,味道及肉的表現都算有到位.唯獨滷味特別令人驚豔,這是我第一次吃到 吃飽後會想再多買,並要求滷汁打包外帶的滷味... 值得品嘗!!

在地三十餘年的老店 牛肉麵 不像是加豆瓣醬的湯頭 而是屬於清燉湯頭 吃完不會覺得 口乾舌燥 的卻如先前網友分享 的確是有牛油的香味 個人覺得不算濃郁 但算的上芬芳 牛肉有筋有肉 品質有水準 麵條 相較一般牛肉麵而言 算是比較細 整體來說 是一碗好吃的牛肉麵 這樣的牛大骨湯 讓我想起文化牛肉拌麵 老老闆熬出的牛肉大骨清湯 而滷味 的確令人驚艷 真的有下酒菜的感覺 吃著吃著 會不自覺得 想要搭配什麼酒 點的腐皮千張 入口就是濃郁的麻油香 相當大膽的調味手法 還不膩口 也算是一絕了 海帶的調味手法也是水準之上 聊著三十年前老板因為愛吃牛肉麵 而跟著外省退伍軍官學牛肉麵 不是為了開店 因緣際會之下 到後來才開了這間牛肉麵店 雖然外觀就像一般人家的樓下 擺了幾張桌子 但是在食物中仍然可以感覺到 老闆三十年歲月裡喜歡食物的堅持與自豪
