★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為有打算買小木屋，今天就去居林木購參觀，整體規劃是不錯很吸引人，可是小木屋的價錢只有空屋坪數7.2坪就要158萬，如果是整體設計規劃好要235萬，這個價格讓一些有想買個客戶會去比較是水泥屋好，還是小木屋好雖然小木屋有保固20年可是水泥屋可以貸款，小木屋好忘了問可不可以貸款我自己想應該是不可以貸款
不過貴公司的小木屋真的是不錯的
