4/28 (四)下午兩點手機送來這邊維修,說先檢查是什麼狀況再打電話通知我,並向我收取300檢測費,然後問我幾點後方便接電話,我說因為我沒有備用機,所以可能要等我四點後才會在家,結果店家過了營業時間才來店告知我狀況,你們告訴我維修費3000元,兩到三天會好,問我要不要修,我想說好吧那就修吧。 4/30(六)因為星期日店家休息,所以我打電話詢問大概什麼時候會好,店家回覆他們詢問看看,等等再回電,但過很久了都還沒有消息,我打電話詢問後他們卻回覆他們也不確定,因為手機是「送去」給工程師維修,而且星期一工程師勞動節放假,這時我就有些困惑,你們招牌不是寫「現場」維修嗎?送去給其他人維修是什麼意思?聽到這裡我忍無可忍,我問說當初不是說好兩到三天嗎?現在這是怎麼回事?店家回覆說他們說的是兩到三個「工作天」,但這跟當初電話裡說的不一樣,沒告知我手機不是現場維修,而是送去給其他人修,我說我沒有備用機,這樣真的很不方便,店家這才說他們再找備用機給我,結果也是九點多才回電跟我說有備用機,但我那時已經借到了,所以我回覆不用了,並詢問那我星期二手機就會修好嗎?店家回覆不確定,於是我說如果星期二還沒修好我可能就要換別間修,結果店家卻回覆說那要星期三才能拿到手機,因為要從工程師那邊拿回來。 星期二晚上九點,我再次打電話過去詢問我星期三手機就能拿回來了嗎?店家回覆我現在就可以去領回手機了,我問所以手機也還沒修好是嗎?店家回覆「還沒啊」,聽起來完全事不關己的樣子,去領回手機時也沒說任何像是不好意思之類的話。 後來送去第二間維修,他們沒收檢測費,第二天就跟我說機板某個零件他們那邊沒有,無法維修。 第三間成功維修完了,並跟我說機板上有人為造成的損害,原本可以簡單解決的問題被弄得 很麻煩,要花更多時間及材料去修復,於是我去詢問第二間店,問說當初有什麼狀況嗎?他們跟我說機板上有缺少零件,而那個零件他們沒有進,無法做維修,我就很好奇是零件長腳跑了嗎? 以下是我不高興的幾點: 1.收了300元維修費(另外兩間甚至沒收費),卻沒能在約定時間內修復完成。 2.標榜現場維修,卻是送去給他人維修,也沒有事先告知。 3.當初說好兩到三天可以修好,後來又改口是兩到三個工作天,可是星期四晚上決定維修,星期五、六,以及隔週的星期二,三天了你們也是沒能修好。 4.手機送修期間有打電話幾次去詢問狀況,你們都是回覆等等回電,結果每次都是過了很久我自己打電話過去你們才給我答覆,說真的你們在忙大可以說有空再回電,因為我去忙其他事會接不到電話,而且我沒有備用機,只能在家用電話旁等你們電話。 5.領回沒能修好的手機時也沒任何不好意思的感覺,甚至什麼都沒說,給我感覺非常糟,雖然是我自己要領回手機的,但畢竟是你們並未履約我才會做此決定的。 6.領回手機時捆滿橡皮筋,是防撞還是因為手機沒黏合?因為那時看手機邊緣有些殘膠。 7.請問第二間店說缺少的那個零件是長腳跑了還是蒸發了? 總而言之,我在這間店的消費經驗非常糟,給一顆星我都覺得有點太多了。

Does the second store say that the missing part has long run or evaporated? All in all, my experience with this store has been terrible, and giving one star is a bit too much.
