★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為朋友推薦才特地來買買看的，沒想到大失所望…。空心菜炒牛肉，牛肉只有10%大部分都是菜，而且肉質很粉感覺不新鮮。滑蛋蝦仁，滑蛋有加水跟粉稀釋，吃起來有點口感很差。海鮮炒麵，份量很多，口味中等。紅燒豆腐，這是這次覺得最喜歡的，豆腐外皮是老皮嫩肉那種，口味跟份量都很好。

剛上桌時炒飯粒粒分明但有些微的鬆軟，
待涼了些，米飯的硬度嘟嘟好，
是自己喜歡的口感，有嚼勁。
炒飯吃完盤子上沒有多餘的油殘留。
可見老闆火候掌握的好。?
燴飯也不錯，微酸微甜的口味，
加上米飯粒粒分明的口感，吃起來就心情好。
只能說飯煮得好，飯類餐點就大加分。✨
要是飯弄不好，我想廚師的手藝也不會好到哪。
快炒類：
菠菜炒牛肉，牛肉炒的不會太乾。
湯類：
金針排骨湯，湯頭很普通，
還加了大量青蔥喝不出金針的味道...
第一次喝到加蔥的金針排骨湯...。
豬肝湯，豬肝有些乾。
湯頭味道大致上OK。
