如果可以,我連一顆星都不想給,難怪負評這麼多!!10/6這天打來說宅配已經到了,但我人不在家,就問他什麼時候可以,我說禮拜六10/9他說可以!然後10/9完全不知道司機有沒有打來,只收到一封簡訊,但我五分鐘後看到就立刻回覆他,打電話也沒人接直接語音信箱,後來我想說雙十連假他應該有休假,就不打擾他了,禮拜二10/12打了司機手機也沒人接,後來打到宅配通的店裡詢問,一開始打了兩通因為是中午時間所以說休息,好 這個我可以理解,但為什麼要接起來說「不要吵」,感受度非常不好,後來下午打通了,跟客服說這件事,他說今天10/12會送出,因為我怕我出門時貨才會送來,有請客服幫我聯絡司機,他說會!然後10/12一整天完全沒收到貨!!!隔天10/13我再打電話過去,我反應我還是沒收到貨,客服說貨已經要準備回收,我超傻眼!!!司機沒提前確認在家時間,也完全沒送貨是我的責任嗎?後來說會幫我送,好 那就算了,今天收到貨時,包裹明顯破了兩個大洞,一個小洞,角角的地方也有破洞,會不會太誇張!!!!真的太誇張爛了!
