我當時前往社南廠應徵時薪噴砂的工作人員,工作不到一個星期,場所有機械噪音的關係,連廠務經理及外勞都戴上耳塞保護耳朵,我是新進人員,所以也甚麼都沒有,機器運轉的噪音大,使得我耳朵不舒服會痛,因此當機械運轉時我就走到室外讓耳朵不要受到極大噪音而造成傷害,該廠務經理以此為由~表明說我不適合該工作環境,要我明天不用來了!噴砂機器運轉也按下停止!該廠會計賀小姐要我簽下自請離職之書面資料~請欲前往該公司面試現場作業人員或是時薪人員請三思~

之前任職於公司期間,三樓陳姓女包裝主管言語霸凌嚴重,於員工旅遊期間,為了搶廁所把我趕出廁所讓她用,當眾嘲諷我瘋子,這已經涉及公然侮辱。另外,同包裝部的劉姓女包裝人員,有段期間,好幾次用咆哮潑婦罵街的方式摧我文件,我是不知道是這名包裝人員,是不是被包裝主管慫恿這麼做?還是本身當時因為要照護老人家,拿同事發洩自己的壓力跟暴躁的壞脾氣!???陳姓包裝女主管很會貶低別人酸言酸語,那自己的能力呢?一次客訴發生,連自己的字都裝不認得,要把責任推到我身上,幸好部門主管直拆穿她”這明明就是妳的字!”請問陳姓女主管妳的能力呢?? 另一名劉姓男量測人員,愛管別人不會管自己,全公司就他可以聽耳機,新人剛到,不小心少印他一份文件,居然跑來業務部門嗆?私下辦聚會,不到的人還會檢討!大家應該要犧牲自己的私人時間滿足你的控制欲嗎?!本身也不是主管更不是老闆,但行為模式真的是只能用大牌形容。明明跟大家都是基層員工,為何要看他臉色,到底以為自己是誰? 以上言論,不針對公司。針對愛搞事的人
