★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可以先到臺中文化資產處登記導覽，或在上午九點與下午三點到現場，會有志工帶領入內，不能私自進入，裡面有閩式和日式建築，是呂氏家族在神岡發展的重要資產。
You can first go to the Taichung Cultural Assets Office to register for the guided tour, or arrive at the site at 9 am and 3 pm. Volunteers will lead you in. You can’t enter privately. There are Min-style and Japanese-style buildings inside. The Lu family developed in Shengang. Important assets.
