座落於神岡東街三十號:1930年開始建築，1935年完工，當年還經歷墩仔腳大地震(日治時期昭和10年4月21日清晨)矗立不搖，好無毀 損。
大地震後入居。
經過90年的風華歲月， 風華不在，但還矗立著，訴說著歲月。
Washed stone and red wall tiles, the red and white building is very eye-catching, very ingenious.
It is located at 30 Shengang East Street: construction began in 1930 and was completed in 1935. It also experienced the Great Dunzijiao Earthquake (early morning of April 21, Showa 10) during the Japanese rule, so it was not damaged.
Lived after the earthquake.
After 90 years of Fenghua, Fenghua was not there, but still standing, telling the years.
