升正職慢
進來已經快兩年還在派遣
不合理的工作量
唯一優點:照勞基法走的公司,沒加班薪水比綠點多一點 ,還有一個重點就是年中跟年終的獎金很多,以前只有正職才有但是現在派遣也有獎金了。

倉庫表現好1~3個月轉正職
真的差很多 又不是沒在做也不是在摸
該升得不升 看一些跟主管比較好的會po懶的
表現也沒很好重工的料比派遣多 這也能升正職 產線上就爛人一堆 看組長也沒很行 就年資久而已
我也第一次待派遣待那麼久
吸菸區又設很遠 十分鐘 來回六分鐘 一根菸你只能抽兩分鐘 剩兩分鐘走去工作崗位
汽車位子很多 常看到很多空位沒人停 重點是根本申請不到停車位 能不能升正職總之看運氣
薪水勞基法這間公司是蠻配合
別妄想正職 車位難停 休息時間不多 整天久站 還有主管會騷擾員工 主管是正職所以每天產量達標他們就開心了 不會管你派遣死活
別人家孩子死不完 幫了他們你就是他的墊腳石 標準台傭

明明是你人品有問題又說新人不好你有事嗎?很多早班的人早知道就是你的問題了⋯⋯還有早班組長也有問題明明就是老鳥的問題又怪到新人身上!
很多人想回來也回不來了我敢跟你講回來的人能力比你好太多了。早班組長(能力也沒多好)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大雅的某人力安排進來,招募文案寫的多好,實際進來覺得相差很多。公司安排部門不適合只有離職的選項,不能調換部門。填資料表不要被人力的話術影響!不能配合就不要勾選!人力會誘導你配合,結果自己的需求全部被漠視,詢問人力可否掉部門,人力只會推託和歸咎於公司表示他們無法更動,只能離職 。這間公司規定很死,不能配合加班回診看醫生需請假會影響考績,導致沒有全勤也會降低加班費)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 路邊被他們員工的車子佔滿,還堵住門口,這麼大一間公司竟然沒有停貨車的地方,叫廠商在馬路缷貨,一層樓高的貨物在路邊推來推去,對用路人造成危險,送貨貨車一整天在路邊併排大排長龍,常常把大馬路變成單行道,再三反應也是一樣,爛透了~~~檢舉也沒用,因為罰是罰送貨司機,不是罰速聯~~~
