三橋食品創立於民國79年10月,因當時廠址設於彰化縣員林鎮三橋里三橋街,故取名為三橋食品.早期主要以香腸.臘肉等肉類加工品為主產品,跟隨市場的需求成功開發宴席用的料理半成品及冷凍調理食品如滷蹄膀.蝦仁捲.郝鮑魚.馬蹄條.網西肉捲.脆皮花枝捲等產品, 並將市場拓及超級市場.傳統市場.量販店及便當工廠等通路.隨著產品的多元化於民國85年開始開發經銷商並將業務拓至全省

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現場看到的是三田冷凍倉儲公司 並非地圖上的三橋食品股份有限公司 不知為什麼？公司位於臺一線縱貫公路下方涵洞旁的小路邊 位置偏僻道路崎嶇 若非親自來過 很難找到。附近多為工廠 路過人員較為複雜。
What I saw at the scene was Mita Cold Storage Co., Ltd., not Sanqiao Food Co., Ltd. on the map. Somehow? The company is located on the side of a small road beside the culvert under the vertical road across Taiwan. The remote road is rugged and difficult to find if it has not been in person. Most of the nearby factories are complicated.
