★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自從去年到大肚分行要幫孩子辦開戶,哪時候每兩個禮拜去一次,每次去都說很多人要等4、5個小時,問可否預約說不行,至今已經去過4、5次都碰壁開不到戶,那倒沒關係,到今天早上10:00打電話詢問目前有幾個人等開戶,回說要預約(現在又可以預約了???)
然後轉了5、6次轉接,才轉接到他們說主管可接電話,到主管接了,卻說:小孩的開戶不急吧!等到疫情過後再開戶就好,我感受很差,我不一定要今天開,你可以幫我看看預約時間你們哪時候可以有空,一聽到孩子開會就說不及,請問等到孩子幾歲??等到我現金多少放在家裡覺得危險??才是急件???
我跟家人一直以來都是台中銀行的客戶,這次疫情關係我能理解人力不足,但最終的處理方式只有拒絕客戶,這我無法接受!!我打算跟其他銀行開戶,大肚分行的主管真的是最差的服務!

Then it was transferred 5 or 6 times, and then they said that the supervisor could answer the call. When the supervisor answered, they said: The child's account opening is not in a hurry! It’s fine to open an account after the epidemic is over. I feel bad. I don’t have to open it today. You can help me see the appointment time when you can be free. As soon as I hear the child meeting, I can’t tell you how old is the child? ? How much cash do I think is dangerous at home? ? Is it urgent? ? ?
My family and I have always been customers of Taichung Bank. I can understand the lack of manpower in this epidemic, but the ultimate solution is to reject customers, which I cannot accept! ! I plan to open an account with other banks. The supervisor of Dadu branch is really the worst service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 裡面大概2.3十個人在等,ㄧ般事物櫃檯只開ㄧ櫃在辦理,蠻沒有效率的。速度真的不是普通的慢。
