 Convenient location, just opposite the airport. Returning the car is very efficient and very fast. The service personnel have not started until 8:30 (offical opening hour).

平日11:30到達，一個男人在店內，服務馬馬呼呼。
出發前兩三星期預約了yaris車。到達時說小型車沒有了，說是upgrade了altis車款給我。(但我就是要方便的小型車才訂喔!)
車箱內OK的。但外面車身就有點髒，玻璃有用過但未清潔的灰塵。
檢車時車身都好幾處撞過/刮花的痕迹。
職員說不用那麼仔細，還車時只看新的痕迹..... ?! (我將在別家店還車喔!)

Arrived at 11:30 on weekdays, a man is in the store and serves the horse.
The yaris car was booked two or three weeks before departure. When I arrived, I said that the small car was gone, saying that it was upgraded to the altis car model. (But I just want a small car that is convenient to order!)
OK inside the car. But the outside body is a bit dirty, the glass has used but not cleaned dust.
When the car was inspected, there were several signs of hit/scratch on the body.
The staff said that they don't have to be so careful. When they return to the car, they only look at the new traces.....?! (I will return the car in other stores!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and rude customer service from Chi Yang, and the car was dirty. Please avoid.
No one was at the shop when we arrived at 9:30am on a Friday, so we followed instruction left on the shop front to call on a local mobile phone number. Rang the number for 5mins but the other end never pick up the call. Eventually, the lady, Chi Yang drove by and shouted out from her window telling me to stop calling, as she was here for me. When I got inside, the rudeness continued. She basically ordered me to do things without a single use of 'please'. It was basically, 'Passport, driving licence, credit card', 'sign this', ''read-this', 'sign that'. Utterly unprofessional in terms of customer service. It has been 3 weeks and I still remember the annoyance shown on her face. Hence this little story to share with you all to express my poor experience.
