★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這邊住了快3年，很多大學生住這邊，特定節日或有人生日會比較吵鬧，我想這是免不了的，入住要有心裡準備。因為平常不會有人管制是不是這邊的住戶而造成許多陌生人可以在這邊出入，這時候就要看各屋主的管理措施做的妥不妥當，以及住戶的習慣是否會隨手關門。白天樓下公共空間有植栽頗不錯的，晚上有小燈泡裝飾有另外的悠閒惬意感，可惜的是出入口就是很小搬出搬入較為不便，以及收包裹比較不便，另外整理垃圾的管理人員很勤勞，每天清理與整理讓出入與門口都算乾淨整潔，整體而言還是不錯的地方
