2020/9/29更新評價(2改4顆星) 今去高美濕地經過,決定再給靜宜店一次機會 於20:22在此店消費265元,店長也如承諾招待了一份麻辣鴨血 感謝老闆對我方評論的重視及回應 更改今日用餐感受評價,雖不是當天的女店員服務,但其他店員的態度是很好的,也很客氣 餐點品質一如往常是不錯的 故調整評分到4顆星 期勉未來能持續保持優良品質☺️ ———————————————————— 2020/9/28更新(1改2顆星) 感謝老闆9/26時親自到我的動態上回應 念在老闆誠意及5年來在貴店用餐的回憶,我將評分拉高,希望該員工從事服務業時務必自重 若有機會再次至貴店消費,會再視情況重新給予評論 感謝老闆對評論的重視 ———————————————————— 2020/9/23評論(2顆星,9/26早改1顆) 哇⋯⋯把客人當乞丐耶 在靜宜店也不是第一次用餐了 那個態度真是讓人不敢恭維 員工素質真的很不優耶 本人9/23於8:42在貴店用餐 選了一個角落內側的位子坐 店員送餐來時,先是問了我是不是送餐編號109號 我說是,並空出空間告知餐點可以放到離我較近的位子 結果店員直接使臉色,把我的餐點十分用力「咚!」的一聲甩到桌上,不屑的撇頭離開 留下我一臉無言和錯愕 倘若是不小心放太大力或因被燙到還情有可原,可該名員工並未致歉,且明顯翻了白眼給顧客看,並在這脾氣行為後頭也不回的走回櫃臺 當時並沒有其他顧客,也沒趕單的情形,請問顧客何以必須受此罪? 本人在貴店消費次數也不少了 一直以來都很推薦貴店口味給認識的朋友 但是這個態度真是讓人超級傻眼 在貴店消費不曾為難員工,好好的付了錢,卻被摔食物,當客人是乞丐? 直接就沒了吃飯的心情,非常不爽 這一頓吃得十分噁心 這是我第一次給予這麼低的評分 使眼色的那位女店員瘦瘦的一頭短金髮 員工訓練真的有待加強,沒遇過這麼「有個性」的員工 說實話很令人憤怒☺️ 我不清楚該員工當天是失戀還是MC來,把那個爛脾氣發在客人身上什麼意思? 麻煩貴店長官多多關心該名員工/工讀生,她或許對於在貴店工作感到極度的不滿 嫌生意太好倒是可以多多僱用這樣的員工?

雖然很喜歡這間連鎖滷味,但有一點小缺失。 今天(6/7)下午約17:40左右外帶一份牛肉麻辣饗宴,另外加點雞蛋豆腐以及米腸總共175,取餐號碼7X, 但返回住處發現無加點餐點。
