就煎小包子,用蒸的方式加熱維持溫度,所以底皮一點都不酥脆,整個鬆垮跨,咬下去內陷乾吧吧,一點湯汁都沒有,挺失敗的煎包,CP值不高。

原店址為巨業客運對面於民國80左右創立之上海生煎包,於民國108年哥哥分出來開店,時間固定僅周一休息,生煎包口味與上一代的味道所差無幾,現在內餡及外皮都有水準,原老闆娘也也有幫忙做及把關,口味好吃又獨特,全台僅此一家。我一次都買30顆,當場吃10顆,剩下20顆冷凍,每次要吃用鐵便當盒裝起來乾蒸,風味可保留9成以上。

The flavor can retain more than 90%.

因為巨業對面的常常沒開,跑來這邊吃發現味道真的很好吃,結果最近才得知原來是哥哥開的分店,難怪我覺得怎麼這麼眼熟,雖然生意不像以前這麼好,但我相信在堅持一下一定可以。
