★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉湯很清好喝,牛肉超嫩,很驚艷,豬肉炒飯也炒的剛好,不會太乾或太濕,但我個人偏好在溼一點?不過這樣也好吃,就是豬肉有點硬,還有吃到軟骨
湯喝沒幾口就發現一隻死蚊子,好喝到連蚊子都來喝一口嗎,好險沒喝下肚,撈到旁邊放之後繼續喝光光?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 搬到沙鹿來竟然已經將近一年了,因為自己愛料理,即便之前住在台中的時候,也絕少外食,到了沙鹿,仍然維持這樣的生活型態。但是夫人還是希望能夠開發一些小吃,偶或到了週末,可以不開伙休息一下,或是週間想要換換口味也可以,我們都愛吃的「肉圓春」和「沙鹿•貴•大腸麵線」只適合當早餐,夫人偶爾於附近一吃的燒臘也嫌沒有變化,為此,上網查找一番。這下看到一家評價頗佳的店家,週六晚上夫人交代要採購一些日常用品,外出的時候也已經餓了,於是調轉車頭去探探路,現在只有外帶而無內用,點了人氣最高的「泰式炒飯」及「滑蛋牛肉飯」,店家是一份一做,極有鑊氣,因為路程不遠,回到家都還是熱的。看起來是咖哩口味的泰式炒飯沒有甚麼咖哩的味道,大片的洋蔥及紅蘿蔔,提味配色都很好,蝦仁、花枝、魷魚給得都不手軟,飯也炒得乾爽而不油膩,就是鹹度差了一點點。我幾近四十多年沒見過滑蛋牛肉了,唯一有印象的是高中時代似乎曾經流行過一陣子,蛋滑得極好,牛肉的份量也夠多,但是很可惜,牛肉是標準港式的處理手法,醃過嫩精(木瓜粉),吃來滑嫩,但是完全失去了牛肉的肌理,偶爾一吃也許還可以,我自己是絕對不會這樣「對待」牛肉的。整體印象還是好的,下次要來試試他們家的「皮蛋瘦肉粥」及「滑雞粥」!

Now it only takes out and does not use it internally. The order is the most popular. The "Thai Fried Rice" and "Smoothed Egg Beef Rice" are prepared in one serving, and they are very steamy. Because the journey is not far, it is still hot when I get home. It looks like the curry-flavored Thai fried rice has no curry flavor. There are large pieces of onion and carrot, which enhance the flavor and color. The shrimp, flower branch, and squid are not soft. The saltiness is a little off. I haven't seen egg-smoothed beef in nearly 40 years. The only thing I remember is that it seemed to be popular for a while in high school. The traditional processing method, marinated with tender essence (papaya powder), tasted smooth and tender, but completely lost the texture of the beef. It may be okay to eat it occasionally. I would never "treat" beef like this. The overall impression is still good. Next time, I will try their "preserved egg lean meat porridge" and "smooth chicken porridge"!
